PAYMENT OF FEES

 

a) You shall pay all the Session fees at the time the services are rendered by TSI. GST shall be over and above the Session Fees.

 

b) Payments are accepted in Cash/Online transactions only. No cheques will be accepted.

 

c) All the payment of fees shall be paid per Session basis. In case of multiple Sessions booking payment of fees for all the sessions should be made in advance or on per session basis. In case of any delay in payment, TSI shall have the right to suspend Your sessions.

We offer online as well as in person sessions at our office in Kothrud, Pune. Session charges for consultation with our Therapists:

Individual therapy*:
First session (60 minutes): Rs. 2000/-**
Follow-up sessions (50 minutes): Rs. 1800/-**

Couples and Family Therapy*:
First session (60 minutes): Rs. 2300/-**
Follow-up sessions (50 minutes): Rs 2100/-**
 

*Please note: The above are standard base charges. The session fee depends on the selected psychologist and may vary based on their availability and level of experience

​REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

 

1. You are requested to promptly arrive for appointments.

2. Please inform two (2) hours prior if You will be late for the Session.

3. The sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable

4. Cancellations must be made twenty-four (24) hours in advance to avoid charge. Missed appointments will be charged the regular fees.
