TSI is embedded in a network of psychologists of various specializations from veterans to young aspirants. Leveraging this position, we organize programmes for continuous professional development for mental health workers. TSI regularly holds short capacity-building workshops on counselling, psycho-education, different therapeutic modules and career guidance in the field. We also organize training courses in multiple psychotherapies, counselling skills, psychological assessments, and emerging trends and techniques in the field. Our goal is to connect the gap between academic qualification and field work by building concrete skills and confidence among psychologists through well-designed robust trainings.
