With Creative Arts Therapy as our forte, The Secret Ingredient’s corporate services cater to both employers and employees. TSI offers employee counselling, corporate workshops based on creative art therapy, group therapy, and assessments for recruitment and promotions, among others.

 

Individual Counselling: Employees may face psychological issues caused or aggravated by their jobs or working conditions, affecting their productivity, efficiency and morale. TSI provides corporates dedicated personal counselling fortified with therapeutic art engagement and other techniques. Individual sessions can be interspersed with TSI’s corporate workshops for best results for the team.

Creative Art Engagement: TSI conducts Expressive Art Therapy workshops for corporate, using art to encourage expression and work through issues otherwise unexpressed. We have standard offerings for corporate workshops on common themes such as stress management and team building. We also design and execute customized corporate workshops as required.

Group Therapy: TSI conducts therapy sessions for teams for commonly experienced problems. We also provide sessions and organize corporate workshops for groups specifically formed for a purpose such as training, conflict resolution or problem solving. Our work emphasizes use of art therapy, to give an outlet to deep-seated conflicts in an informal setting.
