Our Vision:
The Secret Ingredient envisages a future society whose people are aware of mental health issues and psychological needs, can seek help without any fear of being stigmatized, can easily access services of qualified professionals who are flourishing in their work, and immensely benefit from the offerings of TSI, which continues to develop and expand its presence all over India.

Our Mission:

To serve clients and work with them to address psychological and behavioral problems; providing support in leading more centered lives with the help of trained psychologists and Mental Health Practitioners (MHPs), through a plethora of psychological services.

To grow offered services by numbers and by extent, to improve the accessibility of help for clients, and to create employment for Psychologists and Mental Health Practitioners.

To spread awareness in the community regarding mental health and educate people to have a healthy outlook towards mental illness.

To offer adjunct services such as assessments, consultancy, research and trainings for all sectors of mental healthcare.
